RATES 2010
Dayrates 2010 are based on 24 hour rentaldays, quoted in Euro’s and are subject to change without notice. Rate includes 19% local tax, unlimited mileage, Vehicle License fee, all insurance premiums (CDW, third party liability, personal accident, theft) for Western Europe with maximum deductable only € 50,00 for groups A/B/BC and € 125,00 for all other groups, full maintenance, green card en KNAC Breakdown service for Western Europe. Except for your maximum deductable our insurance also covers windows, wheels, tyres, mirrors. Carkeys (lost/broken/theft) are not insured. Rates and unlimited mileage available only to drivers with permanent residency status outside the Netherlands and Belgium.

VALET SERVICE / PICK UP & DROP OFF
A one time handlingfee of € 38,00 will be charged for pick up/drop off at office Hoofddorp and/or Schiphol Airport Amsterdam. Regardless the length of the rentalperiod. For pick up/drop off between 10:30 PM and 05:00 AM an extra premium of € 25,00 will be charged. Roundtrip valet service for Rotterdam Airport is € 80,00 (one time fee, minimum rentalperiod of 5 days). Valet delivery and drop off service elsewhere is available for rentalperiods with minimum 5 days. Charges are € 0,50 per driven kilometer (€ 1,00 per one way kilometer) with minimum of € 35,00. No pick up/drop off service available at railway stations, harbours and addresses/hotels with paid parking.

DRIVER
All drivers must be at least 24 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license for at least one year.

PAYMENT
Payment to be made in Euro’s. Full payment is required in advance or at vehicle pick up. Payment can be made in cash, by banktransfer, Master or Visacard, cheques, traveller’s cheques. Any service charge for bank drafts or money exchange are the responsability of the renter.

DRIVING ABROAD
All necessary papers for driving in Western Europe are included. For driving in Spain or Italy an extra insurance premium of € 50,00 applies. It is not possible to drive in or through an Eastern European country (e.g. the Czech Republic). For driving in/through Swiss or Austria you need to buy a roadtax sticker at the border of those countries. Per 2008 some German city centers are only accessible with a special environmental badge (Umweltplakkete). Please contact BB&L.

AVAILABILITY
Within a group all cars are quaranteed by car make/model. Vehicle hitches and roofracks are not available. All BB&L vehicles are 4/5 door models except for the rental categories A and B. All vehicles with powersteering, airbags, ABS and airco. We offer non-smokig cars only.

BABY/CHILD SEAT
A baby seat (up to 9 months) or a child seat is available for € 20,00 one time fee, regardless length of the rentalperiod. Booster is free of charge.
